Training & Development
At Growth Collective, we deliver a comprehensive portfolio of courses designed to empower practitioners, trusted adults, and young people to navigate the complexities of the modern world. From online safety and personal well-being to professional safeguarding, our training equips learners with the insight, confidence, and tools to take meaningful action in their own lives and within their communities.
Every course we offer is informed by the latest trends, emerging risks, and evidence-based best practices. We prioritise relevance and impact - ensuring our training remains responsive to real-world challenges and rooted in practical application.
We understand that meaningful learning doesn’t come from one-size-fits-all solutions. That’s why our programmes are continually reviewed and tailored to meet the evolving needs of our audiences. Whether you’re a frontline practitioner, a trusted adult, or a young person, our training is designed to support your personal growth while contributing to the wider goal of community safeguarding.
Our training portfolio is strategically structured across three key groups - Practitioners, Trusted Adults, and Young People - allowing us to deliver targeted content that meets the specific learning and development needs of each audience.
At Growth Collective, we don’t just deliver training - we foster a shared commitment to well-being, safety, and positive change.
Our Programmes
Practitioners
Practitioners and frontline staff are perfectly positioned to help their young people, staff team or community members reach their ultimate potential within society. In a fast paced, constant moving world, we sometimes don’t have enough time to focus on quality, engagement or impact - taking away a true reflection of what you are capable of.
It can be a challenge staying up to speed with the evolving need and change required to support our communities. Our courses will support practitioners with in-depth knowledge, practical strategies and implementation methods to support service delivery.
Young People
Young people are more at risk when navigating through the online space, now more than ever before! With so many obstacles, changes and emerging trends, we educate young people how to spot the dangers of the online world and how to build a more positive narrative with their online experience to accelerate their future.
With young people spending near 45% of their waking hours online, we understand the complexities and disengagement challenges for young people building meaningful relationships and developing real-world skills that exist offline.
Trusted Adults & Care Givers
Being a parent, guardian or responsible adult in a young person’s life is not just about the usual day to day routine; what goes the extra mile is fully understanding how we safeguard and support the young people around us. Safeguarding, Wellbeing and Inclusivity is embed into most organisational culture and best practice, but it’s not something we often prioritise as a trusted adult.
Young people spend the other half of their childhood building relationships with their responsible adults, and sometimes those relationships are missing some key skills to help identify personal issues, genuine connection and emotionally intelligent boundaries.
